Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of procurement to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote, flexible role fits 5-20 hours per week and starts ASAP.

You'll bring 4+ years in procurement or vendor management, ownership of RFPs/RFQs, and expert document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement efforts to train AI models on documents, spreadsheets and slides across core workflows (RFP/RFQ drafting, vendor scoring, contract and SLA review).
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy and consistency.
• Develop spend-analysis reports, vendor-risk assessments, and category strategy and savings-pipeline reviews.
