We seek strategic sourcing leads with 4+ years of procurement experience to own RFPs/RFQs, negotiate or review vendor contracts and SLAs, and deliver expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship. Remote, 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own RFPs/RFQs end-to-end and negotiate or review vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Evaluate and refine supplier management processes and spend analyses.
• Create and curate high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
