Ethos is seeking experienced category managers to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote, flexible engagement pays $70/hour and requires 5-20 hours per week with an ASAP start.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, direct ownership of RFPs/RFQs, and excellent written communication with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP/RFQ processes and vendor negotiations.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and support category strategy and savings initiatives.
