OpenTeams is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join the AI/ML Platform team. You will own production systems, from internal platforms to customer-facing deployments, gaining context and escalating when needed.

The role emphasizes curiosity, documentation, and collaboration in a fully remote, US-based environment. You will grow into platform ownership and contribute to incident response and postmortems.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure experience.
• Comfortable using Linux and the command line (filesystems, permissions, processes, logs).
• Understanding networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, HTTP/TLS, VPNs, firewalls).
• Scripting ability in Python and/or Bash to automate tasks.
• Experience with Git and pull request workflows.
• Some exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization.
• Experience administering SaaS tools like Google Workspace and Slack.

Aufgaben

• Own the internal request queue: triage, resolve, escalate as needed.
• Administer Google Workspace and identity systems, manage onboarding/offboarding runbooks.
• Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent): accounts, IAM, networking, tagging, cost visibility.
• Deploy and operate internal apps on Kubernetes using Helm and ArgoCD with guidance from seniors.
• Maintain OpenTeams internal site (Astro/EmDash) including build pipelines and DNS.
• Build and maintain monitoring/alerting to reduce noise.
• Enforce security and access hygiene: MFA, reviews, endpoint config, offboarding.
