10x Team is seeking a Freelance System Operations Engineer – AI Trainer to work 8–20 hours per week on remote, EU/UK-based projects. You will review and refine AI-generated content related to operations, automation, and reliability, helping AI models understand real-world operational challenges.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in SRE/DevOps, strong automation skills, and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback via remote collaboration.

Formación

• Experienced system operations engineer with proven SRE/DevOps background.
• Ability to review AI-generated content for operational accuracy.
• Strong automation mindset and practical risk awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Review and improve AI-generated content related to system operations, automation and reliability.
• Evaluate AI-driven operational scenarios for technical accuracy and practicality.
• Develop real-world examples, use cases and risk assessments from domain experience.
• Create scenario variations for engineers, admins, leads.
• Identify weaknesses and risks in AI outputs and provide actionable feedback.
• Contribute to how AI models reason about operations and automation challenges.
