Job summary

Formula grows through performance marketing, and the marketing stack behind that growth is built in-house. You'll find the Marketing and Growth problems worth solving and take them to working products, from the first team interview to production.

Join as a product/engineering leader to scale martech, AI pipelines, and data-driven experiments across channels. Remote-friendly in Europe, CET-aligned timezones, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Practical martech, performance or growth marketing experience; you've worked with ad platforms and their APIs.
• Product experience in Marketing B2B SaaS or in-house martech teams: validated problems, measured impact.
• 5+ years in product and/or engineering, with hands-on experience building production services.
• Daily use of AI-assisted coding (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar) to ship solutions, not just prototypes.
• Full-cycle autonomy: discovery -> design -> build -> launch -> measure, with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement new martech solutions to avoid bottlenecks and shape long-term domain priorities.
• Learn how marketing and growth teams work and uncover bottlenecks they haven't named yet.
• Choose how each problem gets solved—AI, buy, integrate, or change workflow—and define MVP and success metrics.
• Scale marketing capabilities by automating operations, increasing tests, creatives and campaigns, and measuring hours saved and ad performance gains.
• Connect research -> creative production -> launch -> optimization, replacing manual hand-offs with automation.
• Own what you ship after launch: adoption, production reliability, and iteration on real usage.
