Capitole is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join an international project for a leading German automotive company. You will drive conversational and agentic AI solutions, ensuring integration into a global enterprise environment.

The role emphasizes cloud-native design, PoCs, platform adoption, and governance, with 100% remote work and 40h weeks. Strong knowledge of LLMs, ADK, A2A, and enterprise orchestration is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering or similar roles.
• Experience with cloud platforms Azure and/or GCP.
• Experience designing and developing conversational AI solutions.
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience integrating AI solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Design and evolve the conversational AI platform strategy in alignment with enterprise architecture and IT guidelines.
• Lead proof of concepts (PoCs) and pilot initiatives to validate technologies, platforms, and architectural approaches.
• Identify and develop new conversational and agentic AI use cases with global business teams.
• Drive platform adoption and promote AI best practices across the organization.
• Manage relationships with technology providers and delivery partners.
• Ensure quality standards, technical governance, security compliance, and operational excellence.
• Lead integrations between AI solutions and the enterprise ecosystem.
• Guide architectural decisions and technology evolution initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, foundation models, and LLM-based solutions to drive innovation and business value.
• Ensure all developments align with corporate AI governance and responsible AI principles.
• Support security, administration, and operational processes related to AI platforms.
