EcoVadis is seeking a Staff AI / Machine Learning Scientist focused on Conversational AI to drive innovation across the AI Center of Excellence. You will transform enterprise data into goal-oriented conversational agents for use cases like sustainable procurement and supply chain resilience.

Join a team of over 20 scientists and engineers delivering AI solutions, mentoring others, and accelerating adoption of Conversational AI while leveraging Python, Azure ML, Databricks, and MLflow.

Formación

• PhD or Master’s degree in quantitative discipline.
• 8+ years in ML and NLP, with at least 4+ years in Conversational AI in production.
• Advanced knowledge of agentic frameworks and autonomous systems at scale.
• Experience leading end-to-end AI initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentoring skills and accountability for high-quality delivery.
• Publications in top NLP/AI venues are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and test multi-turn, state-aware conversational systems with LLM loops and multi-agent orchestration.
• Innovate by applying new AI frameworks and recent generative/agentic advances.
• Promote best practices in AI/ML and mentor junior team members.
• Lead cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption of Conversational AI.
• Use Python, MLflow, Azure stack and Databricks to build end-to-end AI solutions.
• Stay in close contact with customers to evaluate needs and deliver value.
• Follow tech trends in AI to address EcoVadis' challenges.
