Bros Group, a global industry leader, seeks an AI Engineer to join its Global AI team in Barcelona, Spain.

You will design, develop and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI and Agentic AI, taking projects from discovery to production. Experience with LangChain and MLOps is a plus.

Collaborate across functions to translate business challenges into practical AI capabilities and deliver measurable value.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional AI experience.
• 3+ years as Data Scientist or ML Engineer.
• Hands-on GenAI/Agentic AI delivery for business use cases.
• Experience with ML/ DL and/or Computer Vision.
• Proven ability to deploy AI solutions to production.

Responsabilidades

About the Role

As an AI Engineer, you will join the Global AI team, designing, developing and deploying end-to-end AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable value. Initially focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI and LLM-based applications, you will take solutions from experimentation to production while helping build scalable, enterprise-ready AI capabilities

Responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and transformation opportunities, translating them into effective AI-driven solutions
• Assess and select the most appropriate AI approach (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Agentic AI or hybrid solutions) for each business use case
• Execute end-to-end AI projects, from discovery, experimentation and prototyping through to production deployment and business adoption
• Design, integrate and deploy scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Support the first wave of business transformation initiatives within Finance, while building reusable AI assets and best practices that can be applied across other business domains
• Ensure AI solutions meet performance, robustness, scalability, security and maintainability requirements
• Deploy AI solutions into production environments and support model monitoring, retraining and lifecycle management
• Adhere to architectural, security and AI governance standards defined by the Global AI Department
• Continuously explore and evaluate emerging AI techniques, models and technologies, assessing their applicability within enterprise environments
• Contribute to proofs of concept, technical evaluations and reusable delivery patterns
• Share technical insights and recommendations with both business and technical stakeholders

Requirements

Must Have

• 5+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience delivering GenAI / Agentic AI solutions for real business use cases
• Strong hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning and/or Computer Vision
• Proven experience taking AI solutions from proof of concept to production deployment
• Hands-on experience working with LLM ecosystems such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Amazon Bedrock and Hugging Face
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of agentic protocols such as MCP and A2A
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions
• Pragmatic mindset focused on delivering measurable business value
• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish

Nice to Have

• Experience building enterprise AI capabilities across different business functions
• Experience within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring and AI lifecycle management
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform)
• Knowledge of German and/or French
