Capitole is expanding its AI team and seeks an experienced AI Engineer to join an innovative international project focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

Location: Full Remote. Schedule: 40h/week with flexible + intensive Fridays.

Formación

• Proven experience developing Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and deploy conversational AI applications using leading Generative AI platforms.
• Build Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including autonomous agents and workflows.
• Develop PoCs to validate AI ideas and accelerate capabilities.
• Implement LLMs, NLP and ML techniques to improve conversational experiences.
• Design and implement RAG architectures and vector-based retrieval.
• Integrate AI applications with APIs and enterprise systems.
• Evaluate response quality, reliability, safety and ethics of AI apps.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Developers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
