TuxCare Inc. is seeking an AI / Product Engineer to join the Endless Lifecycle Support (ELS) team. You will own internal intelligence systems, turning business needs into technical plans and working solutions in production.

You will drive technical initiatives from idea to production, with autonomy to set priorities and ensure quality, reliability, and long-term developability of your systems. This role offers fully remote work and flexible hours, with opportunities to influence technical

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Strong programming in Python, Go, Java, Rust.
Advanced AI usage with LLM-based tools.
Linux and CI/CD experience.
Product-minded with ownership.
Clear professional English communication.

Responsibilities

Own the design, development, delivery, and operation of your systems with production code.
Translate business needs into technical plans, deciding architecture and priorities.
Proactively identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to explain trade-offs and report progress, risks, blockers.
Use AI coding agents as part of daily workflow and review their outputs.
Resolve bottlenecks across architecture, infra, cloud resources, and observability.
Ensure production performance, incident response, and long-term reliability.
