YO IT Consulting is seeking a Finance Associate to support financial operations remotely. You will handle QuickBooks bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, and maintain financial data in Google Sheets.

The role requires 2-3 years in accounting, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while supporting budgets and audits.

Formación

• 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial data management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, formulas and data organization.
• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently.
• Must be based in the USA and available for extended/weekend hours.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management.
• Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
• Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently.
• Must be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior payroll processing experience.
