Job summary

Upfluence is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused professional to join the European division in Madrid. You will guide prospective customers through software demos, educating them on how to leverage our influencer marketing solutions and working 1:1 with our experienced Sales Managers.

No SaaS or Sales experience is necessary; we will provide extensive training. You will be fluent in English, with additional languages a big plus, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct around six demos a day to potential customers using provided leads
• Strive to exceed monthly targets
• Become a subject matter expert in influencer marketing tech
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage prospects
• Serve as voice of the customer and feed product feedback for improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
