Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment is seeking a Principal Producer for Overwatch Rush to own release execution, tooling, and LiveOps readiness. Lead coordination across Release Train Producers, platform, certification, and central teams to ship reliably.

You will organize release work, track decisions, manage dashboards, and ensure visibility for stakeholders while guiding teams through QA, privacy, and submission processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in game development, especially live services.
• Strong ability to coordinate across production, LiveOps, and central teams.
• Proven track record in release coordination and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own or coordinate key release dates and end-to-end release execution.
• Coordinate release-readiness activities, including platform submissions and privacy checks.
• Maintain incident and LiveOps processes, dashboards, and on-call coordination.
• Prepare clear updates for stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
