Job summary

IO Interactive is seeking a Release Manager to own end-to-end release operations across all IOI titles, coordinating with QA, Production, Engineering, and Publishing from Barcelona or Brighton studios.

You will guide submission processes for PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Nintendo, and other stores, ensure TRC/XR compliance, and align with First Party partners and external teams to schedule releases.

Qualifications

• Experience in Release Management, Technical Production, Project Management, or similar role in games.
• Proven ability to coordinate QA, Production, Engineering and Publishing.
• Understanding multi-platform release processes and First Party requirements.
• Hands-on with configuration management and build tools.
• Familiar with platform submission workflows for PS, Xbox, Steam, Nintendo.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end release process across internally and externally developed titles.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (QA, Production, Engineering, Publishing) for timely releases.
• Guide submission processes across PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Nintendo, ensuring compliance.
• Serve as a main contact with First Party platform representatives and align backend systems.
• Collaborate to align release models, schedules, and store strategies with stakeholders.
• Support store setup, promotions, and publishing operations leveraging platform tools.
