• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year in customer service or sales.
• Background check with fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 1+ year sales experience.
• Ability to build and retain relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
