Job summary

Henkel seeks a Regional Sales Engineer to drive growth across Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, and Cyprus. You will develop new business, manage key accounts, and build distributor relationships, delivering technical value in structural reinforcement and valve-insertion.

You’ll collaborate with channels and internal teams, travel up to 75% to service customers and win opportunities. You’ll need a engineering degree, 3–5 years in technical or international sales, fluency in English and Spanish,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of professional sales experience.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the territory.
• Manage key accounts and build relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and infrastructure owners.
• Develop territory sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, training, and field support for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across Henkel and channel partners.
