ALS seeks a Regional Real Estate & Facilities Manager to lead leased and owned assets across the Europe and Africa region, with support to Asia-Pacific as needed. You will drive strategy, cost savings, and lifecycle management, reporting to the Global Real & Facilities Director.

Required are 7–10 years in corporate real estate and a BA/BS in a related field, with strong negotiation and stakeholder skills. This is a full-time role based in the region, with a focus on optimized capital use and

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of corporate real estate experience in country or regional leadership roles.
• BA or BS degree in Business, Real Estate, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Certification in facility management is a plus.
• International experience across regions is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary regional contact for new real estate leases, renewals, purchases, or sales.
• Develop relationships with regional operations, landlords, brokers and stakeholders.
• Implement Real Estate & Facilities policies and provide necessary training.
• Evaluate project requests and manage lifecycle of contracts and reports.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives in energy, maintenance, and space optimization.
