Job summary

You will oversee capacity planning, budget prioritization, and governance across manufacturing, distribution, and office assets, driving cost efficiency and strategic growth. A global, matrixed environment requires strong negotiation and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum seven to ten years professional experience in complex global real estate management.
• Experience managing mixed portfolios (Manufacturing and Office).

Responsibilities

• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Translate business requirements into aligned real estate strategies across geographies.
• Partner with BD leadership and stakeholders to optimize portfolio and budgets.
