Job summary

ALS Limited is seeking a regional Real Estate & Facilities Leader in Madrid to drive leases, acquisitions, and sale/leaseback decisions. You will oversee regional operations, enforce policies, manage relationships with landlords and brokers, and lead cost-saving programs across multiple sites.

The role requires 7–10 years of corporate real estate experience, a relevant BA/BS, and preferred FMP certification. Strong stakeholder management and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of corporate real estate experience in country or regional leadership roles.
• BA or BS degree in Business, Real Estate, Operations, or related field is preferred.
• Certification (i.e., FMP or Continuing Education in Facility Management) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate and facility management processes.
• Results-driven mindset with initiative and creativity.
• International business experience across regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional point of contact for new real estate leases, renewals, purchases, or sales and provide advice on contract terms and price negotiations.
• Develop relationships with regional operations, landlords, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Implement Real Estate & Facility Management policies and procedures in the region.
• Evaluate facility projects and manage contracts using lease/space management software.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and optimize space utilization and ROCE.
• Coordinate with Sustainability to support environmental impact reduction and safety.
