dormakaba Spain is seeking a Regional People Partner to act as a strategic HR partner for leaders across a diverse international region, supporting about 1,600 employees. You will drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness, while ensuring compliance with local laws and dormakaba policies.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in HR management within international environments.
• Strong operational and strategic HR expertise, translating business objectives into people strategies.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, matrix organizations.
• Experience in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management.
• Ability to lead organizational transformation and drive business change through people initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with market leadership to drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead HR market organization to ensure an effective HR operating model and strong team cohesion.
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees in global functions in collaboration with HR teams.
• Ensure HR processes comply with local laws and operate with high operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and dormakaba's Code of Conduct.
• Translate global HR strategy into local market actions and drive local execution.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and employer branding to strengthen dormakaba as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with employee representatives and unions; manage labour-related matters and policy adherence.
• Identify and elevate talent through strategic hiring, succession planning, and internal mobility.
• Support workforce planning, performance management, and organizational design for business transformation.
• Build trusted partnerships with leaders and HR across the region via regular engagement and travel.
