Array Technologies seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, EMEA, to be based in Pamplona, Spain. You will serve as the corporate HR representative for the EMEA region and partner with leaders to align regional people strategies with global HR objectives.

You will drive talent acquisition, leadership development, total rewards, compliance, and workforce planning across multiple countries, ensuring consistent execution of HR programs and governance with regional leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting multiple countries within EMEA.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong business partnering skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as HRBP for EMEA, aligning regional strategies with global HR objectives.
• Implement corporate HR programs, policies, and processes across the region.
• Partner with CoEs in Chandler to drive talent acquisition, rewards, HR operations and development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across multiple countries.
• Provide strategic workforce insights to support revenue growth and operational goals.
