CoinPoker is seeking a Regional Head of Partnerships in Spain to grow the player base through strategic affiliations, content creators, streamers, ambassadors, communities, and sponsorships. You will own regional P&L, manage spend within guardrails, and defend commercial cases for every deal.

Build the regional book, hire and lead an Ambassador/Content Creator team, and drive conversions to signups, FTDs, and NGR.

Formación

• Proven track record growing iGaming player bases through partnerships.
• Experience managing partner deals with measurable revenue (NGR).
• Strong skills in evaluating CPA, rev-share and hybrid structures.

Responsabilidades

• Define partnerships strategy for the region: channels, priorities, and budget allocation across affiliates, creators, sponsorships and communities.
• Own and run regional partnerships P&L, including partner-sourced NGR and all partner costs.
• Drive new player acquisition and revenue growth through the partner book.
• Source, negotiate, and close key regional partnerships including CPA, rev share, and hybrid deals.
• Shape regional presence via event sponsorships and online community engagement.
• Actively manage the book: partner performance, content quality, and traffic quality.
• Advise on regional market dynamics and opportunities to inform central strategy.
• Build and lead the regional team as the book scales.
