Job summary

Core Laboratories is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operational performance and profitability of its Spanish branches, including inspection and laboratory operations, personnel and resource deployment. Qualifications

• Degree in petroleum, petrochemical, scientific, engineering or related field, or 5+ years of relevant management experience in inspection/laboratory operations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; able to interpret technical procedures and communicate with staff and management.
• Experience leading multiple branches or dispersed teams and improving financial performance.
• Proficient with standard business software and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Branch Managers in day-to-day management of inspection and laboratory operations; ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
• Prepare and consolidate branch budgets; manage performance against budgets and report.
• Ensure quality, safety, compliance, and audit documentation across branches.
• Coach Branch Managers; coordinate workforce planning and recruitment with HR and Country Manager.
• Support Country Manager's commercial plans and align commitments with operational capability and pricing terms.
• Provide consolidated operational and financial reporting; drive improvement and digitalization initiatives.
