Job summary

Saybolt España S.A. is seeking a Chief Analyst to oversee shift operations, coordinate laboratory workflows, and guarantee timely, accurate report delivery.

You will work with Lab and Branch Managers to optimize safety, service quality, and cost control while meeting client needs. Role requires chemistry- or engineering-related education or equivalent experience, strong English and local language skills, and proficiency with MS Windows, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Education in chemistry or lab work, or a university degree in Chemistry or Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant customer service or laboratory experience.
• Fluency in the local language and English.
• Proficient with MS Windows, Word, Excel, and company systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Laboratory Manager or Branch Manager in carrying out responsibilities.
• Organize department processes and personnel during shifts to meet client needs.
• Ensure safe, cost-efficient operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with managers and team to follow Saybolt/Core Laboratories procedures.
