Job summary

Core Laboratories Inc. in Spain seeks a Regional Manager to oversee operational performance and profitability of the Spanish branches, including inspection and laboratory operations, staffing, and resource deployment.

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will ensure consistent execution of country plans. You will lead Branch Managers, manage budgets, drive quality, safety, and compliance, and promote Saybolt services within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in petroleum, petrochemical, scientific, engineering or related field, or 5+ years of management experience in inspection/lab operations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; strong reporting and communication skills.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Branch Managers in day-to-day operations of inspection and laboratory activities.
• Set and monitor branch objectives, conduct reviews, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment and capacity across branches with contingency planning.
• Prepare and consolidate branch budgets and financial reports.
• Ensure quality control records, procedures and audit documentation are maintained.
