RHI Magnesita N.V. in Oviedo, Spain, seeks a Development Sales Manager (all genders) to drive growth in Circular and Green Raw Materials sales across Europe. The role combines hands-on sales leadership with business development and strategic marketing, including identifying new markets and acquiring customers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Material science or a related field.
• Several years of experience in a commercial role.
• Knowledge in raw materials virgins and/or recycling.
• Knowledge in MgO markets, outside refractory will be a plus.
• Relevant working experience in recycling and/or experience in MgO markets, outside refractory.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research: competitor, customer, and pricing analysis.
• Manage customers’ accounts, supporting customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close profitable business.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and market-development plans.
