Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Regional Marketing Communications professional in Spain to convert growth priorities into integrated, multi-channel plans. You will develop content, support campaigns, enable sales, coordinate external partners and track performance.

You will work with business and technical teams to align objectives, audiences and timing, ensuring consistent messaging and effective activation across regions. Fluent English and Spanish required; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• Eight years of professional experience in marketing communications or related work.
• Polymer or chemical industry experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; resumes in English.
• Strong writing and message-development skills for B2B communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional MarCom planning and execution across customer-facing initiatives.
• Develop integrated MarCom plans with objectives, messaging, tactics and KPIs.
• Translate technical and market input into clear customer-facing content.
• Manage external partners to deliver quality assets and programs.
• Track performance and optimize future MarCom activities.
