LyondellBasell in Reus, Spain, seeks an experienced Marketing Communications professional to lead regional MarCom planning and execution across customer-facing initiatives, coordinating content development, campaigns, sales enablement, and external partnerships.

You will partner with business, commercial and technical teams to define communications approaches, manage assets, track performance, and apply insights to improve future plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• Eight+ years of professional experience in marketing communications.
• Polymer or chemical industry experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong writing and messaging skills for B2B communications.
• Excellent project management and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with campaigns, collateral, presentations, digital content and events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and content/asset-management platforms.
• Travel may be required based on business needs.

Responsabilités

• Develop integrated MarCom plans that define objectives, align messaging direction, tactics, timing, owners, resource needs and KPIs.
• Translate business, technical and market input into clear, consistent customer-facing content for campaigns, channels and sales conversations.
• Manage execution MarCom plans from intake through delivery, including timelines, inputs, reviews, approvals and final asset distribution.
• Partner with Corporate Communications to support brand governance, shared-channel activation and alignment with enterprise communications processes.
• Manage external creative and event production partners to deliver quality MarCom assets and programs.
• Support events, trade media, thought leadership and customer-facing activation opportunities tied to business priorities.
• Track performance, report progress and use insights to improve future MarCom planning and execution.
• Maintain content discipline and asset visibility to increase reuse, improve consistency and reduce duplication across regions and business units.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve planning, content development, workflow efficiency, measurement and continuous improvement.
