Unilever in Spain is seeking a Key Account Manager – Regional for East and South regions. This remote-leaning role covers BCN Viladecans and offers hybrid options. You will develop regional business strategy, manage P&L for key categories, and drive growth with regional customers.

You will work with the Channel Head to maximize opportunities, negotiate terms, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver the plan within a dynamic supermarket channel. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of account management experience in the supermarket channel.
• Bachelor degree in ADE or Economics.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsabilités

• Develop the strategic regional business plan and P&L for assigned categories.
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate strategy with all parties.
• Lead promotional planning and investment decisions to drive growth.
• Monitor performance and market share, reporting to Channel Head.
• Act as a proactive ambassador to the customer and cross-functional teams.
