Job summary

DKSH Spain seeks a regional IT leader to define and drive local digital & IT transformation in line with group direction. You will manage in-country IT systems, infrastructure, and service delivery to internal and external users, ensuring alignment with Group IT standards.

You will act as strategic interface with business units, oversee budgets, monitor delivery, and lead teams to deliver technology strategy, risk management, and continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of technologies, systems and business processes.
• Knowledge of IT service management and SAP in consumer goods/pharma industries.
• Strong numeracy and quantitative analysis skills.
• Able to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define regional Digital & IT strategy and drive transformation.
• Oversee operating departmental budgets and costs for efficient resource allocation.
• Develop, manage and monitor IT implementation activities; monitor delivery and support.
• Ensure compliance to IT standards and risk management guidelines.
• Align IT plans with budget/IT roadmap and Group IT requirements.
• Lead in-country IT policies and disaster recovery planning.
• Engage with stakeholders on requirements and progress.
• Ensure service levels and user satisfaction.
