Job summary

T-Systems Iberia seeks a Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic digital transformation initiatives for clients in Catalonia, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery of value-driven solutions. Strong leadership, communication, and Catalan language skills are essential.

Responsibilities include defining scope with stakeholders, managing scope, schedule and budgets, and ensuring quality and governance across projects, with a focus on public sector and modernization

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• At least 6 years of experience as Project Manager leading complex digital transformation projects.
• Experience in software development projects and modernizing information systems.
• Knowledge of agile and traditional PM methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, PMBOK, PRINCE2).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and closing of digital transformation projects.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and resources; mitigate risks and issues.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across functional, technical and business profiles.
• Monitor progress with indicators and governance meetings; maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare technical proposals, RFPs/RFIs and related documentation as needed.
