Vestas is seeking an HSE leader to drive regional HSE programs and engage with shop floor teams across our Daimiel site. You will guide technicians and engineers to build a proactive safety culture while ensuring compliance with national and company standards.

The role requires hands-on experience on the factory floor, strong English communication, and a technical background in occupational risk prevention. Occasional mobility to other sites may be needed.

Formación

• 2–5 years direct HSE experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Technical background with practical focus on risk prevention (not purely administrative).
• High level of English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Extensive hands-on experience on the factory floor coordinating with technicians, engineers and plant managers.
• Thorough understanding of national HSE regulations, chemical safety and industrial safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for regional HSE programs.
• Support shop floor and plant technicians to foster a proactive HSE culture.
• Coordinate regional improvement and implement global/regional HSE initiatives.
• Assess emerging HSE risks and ensure control effectiveness.
• Ensure consistent HSE management systems across site and region.
• Monitor performance and intervene when HSE standards are not met.
