International Schools Partnership Limited in Spain is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape and implement regional HR strategies across our network of schools. You will align people initiatives with business goals and oversee performance metrics.

You will provide guidance to regional HR staff, address employee relations, and lead talent development while upholding safeguarding and diversity commitments at ISP.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR management.
• Professional certification (e.g., SHRM) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with regional management to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on HR performance and metrics.
• Provide guidance and support to regional HR staff.
• Address employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution.
