Job summary

JLL in Madrid is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager for Integrated Facilities Management. You will own end-to-end facilities management across a multi-site, multi-country portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Regional IFM Director, you will manage a large team, oversee budgets, and govern supplier performance while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

10+ years in facilities management with senior leadership experience.
Proven track record managing large, complex FM portfolios.
Experience with hard and soft FM services and client-facing leadership.
Degree in Facilities Management or related field; professional accreditation preferred.
Excellent English; additional European languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end FM delivery across multi-site portfolio.
Maintain senior client relationships and act as strategic interface.
Ensure financial accountability and manage large FM budgets.
Govern supplier performance and contractual compliance.
Champion FM technology adoption and innovation.
Lead cross-functional teams and programme delivery.
Provide safety governance and ensure regulatory compliance.
Report insights to Account leadership and drive continuous improvement.
