Wenergy Storage is seeking an experienced Overseas Sales Lead to drive growth for utility-scale, C&I, and residential energy storage systems in designated regions. You will conduct in-depth market research, identify trends, and develop tailored proposals while managing key client relationships.

The role requires at least 2 years of overseas sales in the new energy sector, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel internationally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• English proficiency at working level is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of overseas sales experience in the new energy sector (PV, energy storage, etc.).
• Solid understanding of technologies including battery cells, BMS, PCS, and system integration.

Responsabilidades

• Market research and analysis for designated overseas regions across utility-scale, C&I, and residential energy storage segments.
• Identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and acquire new clients and strategic partners; manage relationships.
• Generate leads through exhibitions, online channels, and direct outreach; drive full sales cycle to payment collection.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful delivery; coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and project management.
• Establish long-term communication with clients and provide after-sales service; promote brand and technical strengths at events.
