Job summary

VELUX Group is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to translate strategy into market impact across Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. You will bridge global, regional and market perspectives in a dynamic matrix environment.

You will orchestrate deployment, readiness assessment, and change-management activities, while aligning stakeholders and driving value realization. Fluency in English is required, and some travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of management consulting experience or in‑house equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience managing complex cross‑functional projects in an international or matrix organization.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, facilitation, and change‑management skills.
• Ability to create clarity from ambiguity and influence without formal authority.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; travel within the region is expected.

Responsibilities

• Bridge global, regional, and market perspectives by connecting functions with market teams.
• Consolidate market input and provide structured feedback on requirements, readiness and risks.
• Define deployment approaches, localization, communication, and embedding across markets.
• Lead cross‑market projects from initiation to impact realization and follow‑up.
• Monitor adoption, measure progress, and report to regional leadership.
