Sani/Ikos Group in Madrid seeks a senior Design & Project Coordination professional to lead refurbishment programs across hotel properties, ensuring design intent, brand standards and operational compatibility.
You will coordinate with General Managers, Delivery, Procurement, Facilities Management and Operations, monitor quality, manage budgets and deliver regular updates to stakeholders; fluent English is required, Greek or Spanish preferred, willingness to travel.

Support recurring CAPEX planning and asset assessment activities across the hotel portfolio, identify projects requiring involvement from Architecture, Interior Design, Lighting, Landscape, MEP, and specialist disciplines, coordinate project scopes, design requirements, and technical inputs for recurring CAPEX initiatives, and ensure all interventions align with approved design intent, brand standards, and operational requirements.
Act as the main Design department contact with hotel General Managers and operational teams, coordinate with Delivery, Procurement, Facilities Management, and Operations teams throughout all project phases, and support planning, phasing, and execution strategies to minimize operational disruption during refurbishment works.
Monitor implementation quality and ensure works are executed according to approved design intent and specifications. Participate in site visits, inspections, mock‑up reviews, and coordination meetings across hotel properties. Review materials, finishes, FF&E replacements, and technical solutions to ensure consistency with company standards, and identify and resolve deviations affecting quality, guest experience, or operational functionality.
Support CAPEX budget tracking and cost‑efficiency reviews in coordination with Finance and Delivery teams, assist in evaluating alternative refurbishment solutions while maintaining quality standards, and prepare project updates, reports, and status presentations for internal stakeholders.
