Verisure is seeking a talented HR Technology Analyst to join our Group HRIS Centre of Excellence on a temporary basis. The role will drive deployment of a new recruitment AI platform across multiple countries and collaborate with HR, Recruiting, IT and external vendors.

You will support configuration, testing, validation, training and change management efforts, ensuring adoption and smooth go-live across the organization.

Formación

• Experience in HR, transformation projects or a systems-related role is required.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for presenting analyses and project updates.
• Ability to frame problems and break them into manageable parts.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a challenging team under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with proactive learning.
• Team player who collaborates across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and deployment of a new recruitment AI based system across multiple countries and business units.
• Enable system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Support process mapping, and change management initiatives.
• Facilitate training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Help ensure a smooth transition from legacy processes and systems.
• Contribute to adoption and continuous improvement after go-live.
• Drive activities related to transition between recruitment systems, including business readiness, UATs, go-live coordination and KPIs definition.
