Verisure is seeking a talented HR Technology Analyst to join our Group HRIS Centre of Excellence on a temporary basis. The role will drive deployment of a new recruitment AI platform across multiple countries and collaborate with HR, Recruiting, IT and external vendors.

You will support configuration, testing, validation, training and change management efforts, ensuring adoption and smooth go-live across the organization.

Responsabilidades

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, hands‑on HR Technology Analyst to join our growing and successful Group HRIS Centre of Excellence Team to impact and help drive Verisure’s growth, through the delivery of Group HR strategy and best practices at Group level.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results‑oriented person to join us on a temporary basis and play a key role in the implementation of a new recruitment AI platform across multiple countries.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic AI transformation project that will shape the future of recruitment within an international organization. You will work closely with HR, Recruiting, IT, external vendors, and business stakeholders to support the successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of a new talent acquisition ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Support the implementation and deployment of a new recruitment AI based system across multiple countries and business units.
• Enable system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities.

• UATs, go‑live coordination and KPIs definition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience participating the implementation of HR, Recruiting, ATS, HRIS, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
• Experience with recruiting technologies such as Workday Recruiting, SuccessFactors, Oracle Recruiting, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Phenom, Paradox, Orbio, or similar platforms.
• Experience in change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Exposure to HR processes, talent acquisition, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with international stakeholders.
• Languages Required
