Verisure is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition partner to drive end-to-end recruitment for Group Functions across international markets, partnering with directors and HR leaders to shape hiring strategies and ensure high-quality selection. You will mentor junior recruiters and lead proactive sourcing for senior roles while balancing execution with strategic influence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, complex Group Functions across markets
• Act as trusted advisor to Directors, HR Leaders, and Functional Leaders on hiring strategy
• Define needs with hiring managers and ensure high-quality selection
• Provide market insights and candidate insights for decision making
• Mentor and onboard junior recruiters and interns
• Represent Verisure externally with professionalism and standards
• Drive continuous Talent Acquisition process improvements and reporting
• Coordinate cross-market international recruitment projects and graduate programmes
