Trading 212 is hiring an Operations Manager to build the Talent function's backbone—systems, processes, and reporting. You will own the ATS and recruiting tooling, map workflows, and design scalable processes across teams.

We expect a strong quantitative mindset, advanced Excel/Sheets, and a track record of delivering projects end-to-end. This role suits an autonomous professional who can turn ambiguity into practical solutions and help recruit world-class talent in Europe.

Formación

• Bachelor's or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Evidence of independently owning projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Ability to operate effectively with limited direction.
• Strong attention to detail with a wider objective in mind.

Responsabilidades

• Own recruiting tools and ATS, improving infrastructure.
• Map workflows, identify gaps, implement scalable processes.
• Build dashboards and reports on funnel performance and hiring velocity.
• Ensure recruiting data is accurate and usable for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Talent, hiring managers, and People teams.
• Prioritize tasks across multiple workstreams in undefined environments.
• Proactively identify improvements and propose builds.
