AXA Group is seeking a Recovery Testing Environment Manager to own the RTE, lead testing campaigns, and drive automation and improvements across global product teams. You will ensure security, reliability, and operational excellence while building the service offering for resilient operations.

You will collaborate with IT, security, and product teams, develop scripts, monitor incidents, and build a roadmap for the RTE with a strong customer-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Experience as a Service manager, Service Owner or technical project manager with customer focus.
• Strong IT/datacenter knowledge and backup expertise.
• Scripting and automation experience (Windows/Linux) a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Recovery Testing Environment and oversee testing campaigns.
• Prepare campaigns with Product teams and support during tests.
• Automate processes and write scripts per AXA standards.
• Monitor, secure and maintain the RTE and related services.
• Develop the service catalog and roadmap for RTE.
