AXA Group Operations is seeking a seasoned Lead Software Engineer to guide a team in the design, development, and delivery of Secure GPT service features. You will prioritize user stories, manage the backlog, and drive API-related enhancements to improve observability and customer service.

The role requires ownership of incidents, strong security and data-privacy focus, and close collaboration with an international team to deliver business value and reliable service to internal stakeholders.

Formación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years as a software engineer, with 3–5 years in a lead or senior role.
Proven track record delivering complex software projects.
Experience mentoring a team of software engineers.

Responsabilidades

Lead a team of developers in design, development, and delivery of new features for the Secure GPT service.
Define and prioritize user stories and manage the product backlog.
Develop new functions around Secure GPT API usage and improve API Operations processes.
Own service incidents, troubleshoot API issues, and ensure high availability.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy standards.
Communicate with stakeholders and collaborate with the international team to deliver excellent customer service.
