Luxinmo Real Estate in Calpe, Spain seeks a Rentals Agent to join our team onsite. This full-time role offers a competitive salary with a commissions plan and room for career growth. Location at Av. Gabriel Miró 36, Calpe, and travel within the area are supported.

Ideal candidates have rental management experience, CRM proficiency, and excellent customer service. Fluency in Spanish and English plus additional languages is preferred; driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in rental management or similar roles in the real estate sector.
• Knowledge of CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in Spanish, English and another languages such as German, French, Dutch, Polish or Russian.
• Knowledge of local rental legislation.
• Driving licence and availability to travel within the area.
