Hi Homes, a fast-growing real estate agency on the Costa del Sol, seeks experienced Buyer Agents to convert inbound buyers into closed deals. You will work with international buyers, leverage a strong lead-gen engine, and enjoy uncapped commissions with back-office support.

Requires Costa del Sol experience and fluent English. Join a collaborative, performance-driven team offering everyday exposure, trainings, and regular incentives.

Experienced Real Estate Agent – Costa del Sol

Work inbound buyer leads. Close deals. Earn what you’re worth.

Hi Homes is a fast-growing, tech-enabled real estate agency helping international buyers purchase resale properties and new developments across the Costa del Sol.

Powered by one of the coast’s strongest digital lead-generation engines, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for four experienced Buyer Agents who are ready to perform.

This is a sales-first role. We generate the leads and provide the systems, marketing and operational support. You focus on understanding your clients, finding the right properties and closing deals.

What You’ll Get:

• Access to a consistent volume of inbound buyer leads, with established agents typically receiving 50 to 100+ opportunities per month, subject to capacity and performance
• Uncapped earning potential: established performers can earn €10,000+ per month, with top performers exceeding €20,000 per month
• Commission ranging from 30% to 65%, increasing based on defined performance criteria
• No desk fees, no marketing deductions, no hidden costs
• Full back-office, legal & after-sales support
• Strong online exposure to help build your personal brand, including on our social media channels & on the Hi Homes YouTube channel (@HiHomes)

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of proven Costa del Sol real estate experience
• Strong knowledge of Costa del Sol locations, developments and the property-buying process
• Excellent lead-management discipline, including fast response times, persistent follow-up and accurate CRM usage
• Ability to qualify buyers, organise and conduct viewings, negotiate effectively and manage transactions through to completion
• Commercially ambitious, accountable and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Available when serious international buyers need support, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Fluent English (Spanish, Dutch, German, French, Swedish, Danish, Polish, Norwegian, Finnish are a big plus)
• Based on the Costa del Sol, with own car and driver’s licence
• Comfortable working commission-only as an autónomo (or willing to register)
