Watsons Real Estate · La Marina Urbanisation is seeking a proactive sales agent to join our established real estate team in Urb. La Marina. You will engage clients, uncover needs, negotiate, and close deals in a fast-paced market.

Fluent English and strong German are required, and you should live nearby or be able to commute easily. A driven, independent worker who thrives on targets will fit well.

Formación

• Proven sales experience; real estate experience not required.
• Strong track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
• Ability to persuade, negotiate and overcome objections.
• Excellent spoken and written English; very good German.

SALES AGENT WANTED – URB. LA MARINA, ALICANTE

We are looking for a genuine salesperson and deal closer to join our established real estate team in Urb. La Marina.

This role is for someone who is confident speaking with clients, understands how to uncover their needs, overcome objections, negotiate and ultimately close the sale.

We want someone who is proactive, persistent and comfortable following up opportunities until a clear decision is reached.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in **sales** – real estate experience is not essential
• A strong track record of closing deals and achieving targets
• Ability to persuade, negotiate and overcome client objections
• Excellent spoken and written **English**
• Very good command of **German**
• Lives **close to Urb. La Marina / within easy commuting distance of our office**
• Full driving licence and **own car**
• Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Able to work well **under pressure**
• Strong initiative and a proactive attitude
• Excellent follow-up and organisational skills
• Reliable, professional and accountable
• Able to work independently while also being a **strong team player**
• Comfortable following company procedures and **working under the direction of management**

We are not simply looking for someone to show properties.

We are looking for someone who can sell, influence, follow up, negotiate and close.

Real estate experience is not essential. Proven sales ability is.
