New Build Properties SL is seeking experienced English-speaking real estate agents to join our growing team in Costa Blanca. This role offers high earnings potential with commissions starting from 32% and access to pre-qualified leads.

The ideal candidates will have at least one year of real estate experience, preferably in new builds, and must be available to work from our office 2-3 days per week. We provide extensive support including back-office assistance and ongoing sales training.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and additional languages is a plus.
• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist international buyers throughout the purchase process.
• Conduct virtual and in-person property tours.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Coordinate legal formalities with clients and legal partners.
• Stay informed on local market trends and new build developments.
