M21 Realty House in Port d’Andratx seeks an experienced Real Estate Advisor to join its Mallorca team. You will work with international buyers and property owners across Mallorca, focusing on the southwest, developing client relationships, sourcing properties and new business, conducting viewings, and negotiating transactions.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of sales success, a proven ability to generate and close business, experience with international clients, and strong English

M21 Realty House is looking for an experienced Real Estate Advisor to join our team in Port d’Andratx.

About M21

Founded in 2016, M21 Realty House is an independent real estate firm representing selected properties across Marbella, Sotogrande and the Balearic Islands.

Our approach is personal, international and straightforward. We believe in strong relationships, local knowledge and giving good people the freedom to do their best work.

As we continue to establish M21 in Mallorca, we are looking for an experienced advisor who knows the market and would like to play a meaningful role in its development.

The Role

You will work with international buyers and property owners across Mallorca, with a particular focus on the southwest of the island.

The role includes developing client and owner relationships, sourcing properties and new business, conducting viewings, negotiating transactions and building your own network and portfolio.

We are looking for someone who is commercially strong, independent and comfortable taking responsibility for their own business.

Ideally, you have:

• 2–3+ years of successful real estate sales experience
• A proven ability to generate and close business
• Experience with international clients
• Strong knowledge of Mallorca, particularly the southwest
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
