M21 Realty House in Port d’Andratx, Mallorca, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Advisor to join our team. You will work with international buyers and property owners across Mallorca, focusing on the southwest.

You will develop client relationships, source properties and new business, conduct viewings, and negotiate transactions while building your own network and portfolio. The role requires being commercially strong, independent and willing to take ownership of your business.

Formación

• 2–3+ years in real estate sales with a proven track record.
• Ability to generate and close business with international clients.
• Strong knowledge of Mallorca, especially the southwest.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades
